Judith A. Livingston is a renowned plaintiff’s attorney, recognized as one of the most influential women lawyers in the U.S. A partner at Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore since 1989, she has secured 35 trial verdicts exceeding $1 million each and has negotiated settlements totaling nearly half a billion dollars. Specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury, she is the President of the Inner Circle of Advocates, an elite group of top plaintiff lawyers. Judith has received numerous accolades, including being named New York Medical Malpractice “Lawyer of the Year” in 2011 and 2013, and consistently ranks among the top 500 lawyers in the U.S. In 2022, she was inducted into the Maurice A. Deane School of Law Hall of Fame at Hofstra University and has received prestigious awards from both Hofstra and Fordham University. A respected speaker and educator, Judith is affiliated with several legal associations, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
